The Scalabrini Centre of Cape Town, in collaboration with African Centre for Migration & Society, Sonke Gender Justice, Lawyers for Human Rights and CoRMSA, has published a Journalist’s Guide to Reporting on Migration in South Africa.

The way in which migration and xenophobia are covered in the media has a direct impact on public perception and sentiment around migrants and refugees. This guide contains resources, pitch ideas, a tool-kit and a list of contacts – to make sure journalists’ stories on migration are the best they can be!
