Employment Access provides the tools and resource for people on the move to develop the skills required to access the South African job market and local entrepreneurial spaces.

Employment Access offers the following services:

Employment Help Desk

The Employment Help Desk provides support in creating a professional CV, the job application process and career advice to entry-level and professional job seekers.

Employment Skills Hub

The Skills Hub provides trainings, workshops and courses that prepare clients for entry to and promotion in the job market.

Sponsorship

Clients, who qualify, are provided with sponsorship opportunities in vocational training, evaluation of foreign qualifications, registrations with professional bodies and business grants.

Our Objective

To empower and develop people on the move by providing access to resources, capacity building opportunities and supportive spaces that enhances employability, career development, entrepreneurship, and integration into the local market, enabling them to exercise their agency in pursuing their goals and aspirations.
