The Help Desk assists clients in finding employment by offering support in the job application process. This service is available to foreign nationals with valid documentation, and also to South Africans. The service includes guidance in writing up comprehensive CVs, and applying for work online.
The Help Desk is open on Mondays for new clients to register and have their CVs created and from Tuesdays to Thursdays for returning clients with job applications. All days from 9am-12. This face-to-face service is suspended due to COVID-19.
Complete the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM in detail. A team member might contact you if any detail needs to be clarified. All forms must be submitted together with a valid ID document (South African ID, refugee or asylum permit, or valid visa), which can be uploaded on the form.
Once completed, you will be sent your CV to verify via email with information regarding joining our weekly introduction session, where we explain the full range of services offered by the Employment Access.
